Celebrating the holidays simply wouldn’t be complete without watching at least one Christmas TV special and, because we’re masochists over here at Jem Girls, we’re ringing in the Holiday season with one of the worst to ever come out of the 80s.

Get your chomping bits ready and start snorting some power pellets (you’re definitely going to need some substance to abuse to get through this) for the cartoon spectacular where capitalism and cannibalism combine, the classic “Christmas Comes to Pac Land.”

If you think Jem and the Holograms is nonsensical then just wait ’til you get a load (we’re always taking loads here at Jem Girls!) of what the Pac family and friends have in store for you. For real, watching and discussing terrible cartoons is literally what we do and even we were a little floored by the buffoonery that is the Pac-Man cartoon.

Why does Pac Man even have a cartoon, you ask? Honestly, it’s best you don’t even try to think about it. Kind of like time travel paradoxes or the infinitude of the universe. The Pac-Man cartoon is simply beyond reckoning. With that in mind, watching this Christmas special may actually break (or “chomp,” rather) your brain so enjoy!
